Over 30 years ago I left in a consistent optimism my home country. On many trips through the world, I gathered a lot of experiences and encountered many adventures. Between 1989 and 1996 I drove six times a Mercedes coach that I converted into a motorhome from Switzerland to India and Nepal, while I offered a ride to open, like minded people. It's about these experiences that I recount in my book, which consists of two stories. The common thread is the journey by road from Zurich, Switzerland to Goa, India. While reading the book it makes you feel like you're inside the bus and travelling along with us.
To make things even more exciting I'll recount in alternating chapters about my "career as a Globetrotter". At the end the two stories combine and so it closes the circle. They include adventures from Jamaica, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The book consits of 29 chapters and includes 47 color pictures.
As the title "Hippies Never Die" already suggests, it involves a piece of biography, that originated far from pre-booked, commercial leisure travel.
